X (formerly Twitter) has implemented a change that affects the availability of posts. As a result, only a portion of X posts remain publicly accessible. Users now need to be logged into their X accounts to view posts, impacting data collection for Upfluence.

At Upfluence, we strictly adhere to privacy regulations and only collect publicly available data. Due to X’s update, we are currently unable to collect ALL posts as we did previously. This change is beyond our control, and at this time, there is no available solution to restore full data collection.

Although automatic collection of all X posts is temporarily limited, you can still import individual posts by providing the specific X post URL within the Upfluence platform.

We are actively monitoring any further changes from X and will update our users if new solutions become available. We appreciate your understanding and will keep you informed as the situation evolves.
