1️⃣ When does my Upfluence subscription expire?

2️⃣ Does Upfluence provide auto-renewals?
Yes, Upfluence has a robust auto renewal program which helps to reduce the administrative and time burden during an annual renewal cycle. We enable an auto-renewal opt-in at the point of subscription expiration. Auto-renewal is a renewal billing mechanism in which a customer's subscription to a service is automatically renewed at the end of your existing agreement.
3️⃣ Can I modify or cancel my auto-renewal agreement?
Yes, Upfluence enables the ability to modify or cancel an existing auto-renewal agreement. Please note, that unless an auto-renewal agreement is canceled at least 30 days before the end of the term, this agreement will automatically renew for the same subscription length.
4️⃣ What happens if I miss my auto-renewal period?
Upfluence automatically renews current clients for 12 months for the renewed term. If you would like to discuss your renewed term please reach out to your Strategic AccountManager or success@upfluence.com
5️⃣ How do I renew my subscription?
Your subscription automatically renews for a new term. If you would like to add new features upon renewal, please reach out to your Strategic Account Manager or success@upfluence.com.
6️⃣ What agreement is used for the renewal?
Your existing agreement can be extended for the renewed term.
7️⃣ What happens if I choose not to renew?
When your subscription expires, your access to Upfluence will be suspended after the subscription end date.
8️⃣ Can I change product types at the point of renewal?
There may be scenarios in which a change in subscription type is available to you. Please contact your Strategic Account Manager or success@upfluence.com for more details as there are subscription conversion requirements.
9️⃣ Will my price change at the point of renewal?
Yes, our platform and service evolve each year, driven by the development of enhanced products and improvements that are more robust than ever before. Therefore, our customers can anticipate a rate increase upon each annual renewal.
🔟 Can I renew for more than 12 months?
Yes! Our standard contract term length is 12 months with options for 24 months or 36 months. For additional questions about term length options, please reach out to success@upfleunce.com
