Workflow email and draft notifications

Draft submitted, influencer response

In order to be able to succesfully run a campaign we need to properly identify influencers that have responded and when action is required on our end, as such we have 2 notification types for the influencers on the Workflow campaigns, whenever there is a notification regarding an influencer you will see them marked with a red icon:

Upon hovering over their name the icon will expand showing you what kind of notification that is.

  • Email notification:

    • When you hover over an influencer's picture and see the envelop notification button, this indicates you that you have received an email from the creator.

    • By clicking on this button you will be redirected to the side panel, on the email tab, on the unread email.

    • Opening the email will remove the notification.

  • Draft notification:

    • When you hover over an influencer's picture and see the draft notification button, this indicates you that you have received a new draft from the creator.

    • By clicking this button, you will be redirected to the side panel on the campaign tab, where you will see a red dot, and automatically scrolled down to the draft for review.

    • Accepting or denying a draft will remove the notification.

  • Smart Ranking Notifications:

    • Influencers with the latest email or draft notifications are prioritized at the top of your Workflow table.

    • Their position remains unchanged after checking or clearing notifications, until the page is refreshed.

    • This feature streamlines tracking and improves efficiency in managing notifications.
