In order to be able to succesfully run a campaign we need to properly identify influencers that have responded and when action is required on our end, as such we have 2 notification types for the influencers on the Workflow campaigns, whenever there is a notification regarding an influencer you will see them marked with a red icon:
Upon hovering over their name the icon will expand showing you what kind of notification that is.
Email notification:
When you hover over an influencer's picture and see the envelop notification button, this indicates you that you have received an email from the creator.
By clicking on this button you will be redirected to the side panel, on the email tab, on the unread email.
Opening the email will remove the notification.
Draft notification:
When you hover over an influencer's picture and see the draft notification button, this indicates you that you have received a new draft from the creator.
By clicking this button, you will be redirected to the side panel on the campaign tab, where you will see a red dot, and automatically scrolled down to the draft for review.
Accepting or denying a draft will remove the notification.
Smart Ranking Notifications:
Influencers with the latest email or draft notifications are prioritized at the top of your Workflow table.
Their position remains unchanged after checking or clearing notifications, until the page is refreshed.
This feature streamlines tracking and improves efficiency in managing notifications.
