As part of your collaboration, you probably have to generate several payments during your collaboration with a creator. You can easily generate payment requests of the amount you want.
Authorize payment requests during your campaigns
1️⃣ Authorize “Extra payments” requests for your creator
To create a new payment within the campaign, open the campaign side panel of the influencer of your choice Find the "Payment History" section, at the top of this section click on "+ New payment".
When you click on " "+ New payment" a window opens. Select extra payment and Enter the amount and currency of the payment you want to generate. Once you're done, confirm your choice by clicking on "Authorize".
In the modal for affiliate payment, review the amount and the commissions you due to your creators of the payment you want to generate. Once you're done, confirm your choice by clicking on "Authorize". At this moment, a payment request will be generated for your creator and sent to them.

Bulk authorize payment requests for your creators.
If you run campaign at scale with a large number of creators, you can bulk authorize payment requests for them either for affiliate or extra payments. Select the creators you want to authorize payment requests for and click on the action "Payments".
A modal will be displayed where you can either define if you want to authorize a payment for extra payment or for affiliate. Select the type of payment you want to proceed with. Once you selected the type, review or define the last details and click on "authorize" to finalize. Once the process is successful, all selected creators will receive a payment request to claim.
Dealing with a large selection of creators can affect the treatment delay. The more payment requests you generate for creators, the longer the processing time will be.
My payment request has been created, how will influencers be notified?
Once the payment is created, the influencer will receive an email notification inviting him to claim his payment. The email contains a button that redirects them to a unique login page that allows them to claim the payment. Once they log in or sign in, they can submit all their payment information.
NOTE:
- Once created, payment requests cannot be deleted
- The email sent to the influencer cannot be edited/personalized
- To claim the payment, the influencer must create an account on our creator space.
This allows us to guarantee the security of the payment.

How to track payment requests and status?
To easily track the payment statuses from your workflow campaign, the "Payment History" section group all payment requests linked to a specific influencer in your campaign. Here, you can know at glance:
Know the status of payment from his campaign
Access a specific payment by clicking on it
Know the type of payment:
Fixed: end of campaign payment
Affiliate: Payment based on creator's amount due
Extra: "bonus" payment created from the side panel
