We're excited to introduce you to a whole rework of our mailing feature inside Upfluence:
Combine Campaign Emails
From now on, all campaign emails (inviting, drafting, publishing, etc.) will be regrouped under one single thread as opposed to before. What does it look like?
Campaign
From the campaign, you are able to edit all emails by navigating through Settings > Emails.
You'll notice the following changes:
For each email, you'll be able to see what action is being triggered for each call to action. For instance, when clicking on "Notify Influencer", you are sending the "Publishing email.
On the right side of the screen, you are now able to:
Import creators from wherever in Upfluence (lists, streams, campaigns...)
Run & Pause the mailing
Change the email sender (for unsent mailing)
Integrate tracking plans and offers

Those changes have also had an impact on the inbox feature, you'll notice the following changes:
All emails from the same campaign will be regrouped for each creator. Each creator will benefit from one single thread for all emails. This should allow avoiding confusion as all information can be retrieved in the same thread.
You are able to see each email status (sent, opened, replied) for each campaign email by clicking on the 👁️ icon.
You can filter out each campaign on the "Mailing Name" status and be directed to the associated campaign to edit campaign emails.

It also applies to the side panel, in the email section. You will now benefit from a brand-new version of your email management :
The overall design has been improved, check out all email exchanges for each influencer.
Get notified once influencers are replying with the 🔴 icon
Identify what campaign your mailing is related to and easily navigate to it by clicking on the ✏️ icon
Easily identify, in one single thread, the different emails (Application form, Product Shipment, Drafting, Publishing, Payment...)
Get to know what is each email's status (sent, opened, replied to)
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens to my old campaign emails?
There’s no modification. They will still be divided into different mailings.
Can I still filter by sending status as the status is now grouped?
Yes! We will match the statuses available on your campaign mailing thread when applying a filter on the status column.
I just tried, and the emails are not grouped in my Gmail inbox.
This can be normal. Sometimes, when the subject is not the same between two emails in the thread, Gmail and other Mailboxes decide to create a new thread because they consider that it is not the same context. We advise you to have the same subject across all campaign emails sent within the same campaign.
