Once you've sent your invitation email, it's crucial to track influencers who have replied and know when action is needed. In your Campaign dashboard, there are two types of notifications to help you manage these interactions effectively.
2 ways to identify influencer replies
Option 1: Look for red icons in the Campaign dashboard
Influencers with notifications will be marked by red icons next to their name. Here’s how to manage those notifications:
✉️ Email notifications
Find the envelope icon: Hover over an influencer's picture. If you see an envelope icon, it means they've sent you an email.
View the email: Click the envelope icon to open the side panel, which will take you to the email tab where you can view the unread message.
Clear the notification: Once you've opened the email, the notification will disappear.
🗒️ Draft notifications
Find the draft icon: Hover over an influencer's picture. A draft icon indicates they've submitted a new draft.
Review the draft: Click the draft icon to open the side panel on the campaign tab, which will automatically scroll to the draft for review (marked by a red dot).
Clear the notification: Approve or deny the draft to remove the notification.
Note: Influencers with the latest email or draft notifications are prioritized at the top of your Campaign table. Their position remains unchanged after checking or clearing notifications until the page is refreshed.
Option 2: Use the Inbox app
For a more detailed view, use the Inbox app to manage influencer replies. Here’s how:
Use filters
Check for new replies
Look for a red dot in the "Message" column, indicating a new reply.
To mark a thread as unread, click the three dots in the thread menu and select "Mark as unread".
