Settings can be adjusted depending on the campaign's progress. Let's review them together to identify key areas for changes. Most edits will apply to newly added influencers or those not yet connected to a specific action (e.g., updating a template will affect future emails, but not those already sent).
1. INFORMATION

✅ Campaign name

❌ Compensation type (Paid Promotion or Product Gifting): The campaign type cannot be modified.
Note: If you selected “Product Gifting” you can still pay influencers using “Extra payments”. Influencers will not have a flat payment offered in their application link, but can still be paid with these extra payments. On the contrary, if you select “Paid Promotion and Product Gifting” but later only want to focus on product seeding, you will have to create a new campaign.
Sales & activity tracking
✅ Track orders & sales performance: An extra option if you want to provide affiliate materials (affiliate links and discount codes) to your influencers. This option can be turned on anytime. However, it is only possible to turn off before any conversions have been made.
❌Tracking plan: Is is not possible to modify the tracking plan after the campaign creation (ie: you cannot change from tracking plan Summer 30off to Autumn 20off).
✅ Creators' conversions visibility: You can choose to share affiliation results with your affiliates at any moment.
✅ Track clicks & views: You can add or change tracking links which can help you track traffic directed to your store and send it to specific products or collections. If you add/modify tracking links, all influencers will see this change.
2. COMPENSATION
Product Settings
✅ Product list: Can be modified at all times. Note: If an order has been placed for a specific product, that product can no longer be deleted.
✅ Changing from import from store to manual import: As soon as one product is selected by an influencer, the selected e-commerce store cannot be modified.
❌ Ecommerce store: As soon as one order is placed, the selected e-commerce store cannot be modified.
Product selection limits
✅ Limits such as Limit to one of each, Limit the total number, Limit the total value: Can be modified anytime. However, any influencer who already selected products will not be able to re-select. If you wish to change it for them, you can do it directly though on your dashboard > Product Gifting column.
✅ Product display options: Show product prices to creators: Can be turned on anytime, unless the option “ Limit the total value” is enabled.
Payment Settings
✅ Default payment values: You will need to edit the previously assigned payments if it’s from selected to unselected.
✅ Billing settings (Payment methods, Billing country, Payment terms, Payment email, Billing documents): This change will only apply to to newly created payment links.
3. APPLICATION FORM
✅ Compensation: You can change the amount or products offered for gifting. However, please be noted that if any influencers have chosen a product, that product cannot be removed.
✅ Contract: Contracts can be enabled and disabled at any time. The file contained within the contract can also be modified in the application form. If a creator has already applied to your campaign prior to a contract being set up they will not be asked to sign it.
✅ Brief:The brief can always be edited, even for influencers who already received the brief. The new brief will also update for existing influencers if they click on the application link again.
4. EMAIL
💌 Sender’s email address: Can be modified but only under the condition that the first email of the thread has not been sent, otherwise you will need to create a new mailing thread.
💌 Signature: You can always edit the template in your account Settings > General Information > Mailing Signature.
5. PUBLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
✅ Publication instructions: Can be edited at all times, even for influencers who already received them.
