What can I edit from my campaign?

Items that can be modified after campaign creation

An important part of running a successful campaign is setting it up; however we understand that sometimes changes are necessary, here is a list of settings that can be modified after creating a campaign:

  • Campaign name and logo: Making it easier to keep track for you and your team

  • Tracking links: You can add or change tracking links which can help you track traffic directed to your store and send it to specific products or collections

  • Tracking plan addition: If a tracking plan was not chosen at the moment that the campaign was created, once can still be added later on

Note: If a tracking plan was selected at the moment of the campaign creation, it can no longer be changed afterwards.

  • Compensation: While the default compensation option (paid promotion, gifting or both) cannot be changed, you can change the amount or products offered for gifting.

  • Billing settings: You can modify payment methods offered, documents required (invoice or US tax forms) as well as the amount of days for payment (This refers to the amount of time you will take to pay influencers once they have submitted their payment, it will be visible to them once they claim their payment)

  • Contract: Contracts can be enabled and disabled at any time. The file contained within the contract can also be modified in the application form.

Note: If a creator has already applied to your campaign prior to a contract being set up they will not be asked to sign it.

  • Brief: The campaign brief can be updated at any point via text editor or by uploading a new file, it can also be turned off entirely.

  • Emails: All templates can be updated at any point during the campaign.

Note: While you can create new mailings or reply to creator's emails however each campaign template can only be sent once per influencer.

  • Publication instructions: This can be changed at any point and changes will be visible to all influencers if they reopen the link after the has been made
