Get to know where you can make edits to your tracking plans and discount codes

There are various ways to make edits to the tracking plans you created. Most of them can be done directly on your CMS. here is a list of the items that can be modified based on the eCommerce integration.

Edits available from your Ecommerce Store

Note: All of this notifications need to be done directly on the store, mass edits can be done for all Ecommerce shops except for WooCommerce. For WooCommerce edits can only be done one code at a time

How can I edit my e-commerce discount codes?

To edit a code, users find the dedicated column that will let them see the generated code:

  • In Workflow: column “Discount code”

  • In IRM: column “Status”.

On the right of the displayed code, users find a dedicated “Edit” button represented by a pencil.

By clicking on this button, a dedicated modal will open, and you just have to edit the code by modifying the text in the dedicated field. Once you are done, you can validate your choice by clicking on the “Save” call-to-action button.

✅ Once the discount code is updated, it also updates the affiliate links liked to the codes (Shopify only).

What happens if a code already exists?

If you try to edit a discount code and the new discount code value name already exists, you will not have the possibility to save it and an error message will appear to prevent having duplicated codes.
