1. Jaice AI compose
This feature helps you quickly compose impactful emails tailored to your product or service. It’s available for all mailings or direct emails within Upfluence, including campaign, Community App, and Side Panel.
How to use Jaice AI compose for Campaign emails
Navigate to "Email flows" in your campaign.
Click on "Edit" button for the template you want to modify.
Click on the "Jaice AI compose" button.
Enter a brief description of the goal for your email template in the provided prompt.
Jaice AI will generate a response in seconds.
Choose your next step:
Insert: Add the generated content to your template.
Regenerate: Generate a new version.
Discard: Remove the message and start over.
2. Jaice AI reply
Reply effortlessly to emails based on the context of your conversation with influencers. Jace AI Reply saves time by analyzing the thread and generating responses tailored to the situation.
How to use Jaice AI reply
Open the campaign and click on the influencer’s name to access their side panel.
Go to the "Email" tab and choose the thread you want to reply to.
Click on "Reply", then select the "Jaice AI reply" feature.
Indicate whether you need a favorable or unfavorable response.
Review the suggested reply and decide:
Insert: Use the response as-is.
Regenerate: Get an alternative suggestion.
Discard: Start from scratch.
3. Jaice AI assistant
Enhance the quality, tone, or length of your emails with the Jace AI assistant.
How to use Jaice AI assistant
Click on the Jaice AI assistant button in the email editor.
Choose from available options, such as translating, improving quality, adjusting tone, or optimizing length.
Review the suggestions and decide:
Insert: Apply the changes to your original text.
Regenerate: Try a new revision.
Discard: Keep the original version unchanged.
4. Limitations
While Jaice AI features are powerful tools, there are some limitations to keep in mind:
Messages may lack creativity or personalization compared to human-generated content.
Final emails should be reviewed and edited for accuracy and relevance.
Links must be added manually, as Jaice AI does not handle them.
Note: If your Legal team requires documentation on the use of AI, Upfluence only uses Jaice AI in emails. This feature can be disabled on your account upon request.
