Creators: How to apply to a campaign

If you have landed on this article it is because you have received an invitation from a brand that wants to work with you!

Updated over a week ago

Note: Please keep in mind that in order to apply to a campaign as a creator you need to be invited by the brand first.

Have you already filled your application form but cannot see the campaign in your Creator's Space?

Here's a helpful video on how to do this:

How does the invitation page work?

The invitation page is divided into two parts:

  • Campaign compensation: Here you can find out all the specifics of how the brand plans to compensate you for the campaign (e.g., payment only, product only, or a combination of payment and product).

  • Campaign contract (optional): A signed contract may be requested to be returned by the brand. As a result, the contract template can be found on your invitation page.

  • Campaign Briefing (optional): All of the brand's information regarding the proposed campaign is available here. The objectives of the brand, the campaign's overview, the brand's content standards, and the terms and conditions are all included here for your perusal.

Campaign Compensation

You will have a variety of options in this section, depending on the remuneration proposal of the brand.

Choose a single product or several products offered by the brand

As you can see in the image below, you may have the option to select one or more branded products as campaign compensation. Some products have many different options such as color, size, material, etc. so remember to choose exactly the options that you want.

The platform will indicate the number of products you can select under the product name. If you see this information, click "Save Product" to add another product as compensation. If this doesn't appear, you've reached your campaign product selection limit.

Accepting payment or making a counter-proposal

If the brand offers a paid collaboration, you have the option to accept the proposed offer or raise the objection if desired. A brand may choose to decline your counter offer and your participation for that campaign.

  • If you accept the conditions, click "Accept" and you will participate in the campaign to which you have been invited.

  • If you decline the offer, click "Reject". You will then have the opportunity to make a counter-proposal and submit it to the brand. It is not possible to offer a reciprocal offer on the quantity of products offered, this is something you will have to negotiate directly with the brand.

Note: Once you have clicked "Accept", you will no longer be able to modify your counter offer or products.

After you applied, you'll see a confirmation page where you'll be asked to verify your social media account. You can do it now or you can do it later. If you already created your account, you can skip this step.

Campaign Contract

Brands can ask to return a signed contract to them. You can find this in the "campaign contract" section where you'll be able to download it and sign it.

Campaign Briefing

All campaign invites are expected to include a campaign summary so you can learn more about the brand, campaign goals, and various campaign guidelines. In some cases, brands also include additional information about the compensation offered and important details about the products they offer.

If you have any further questions about the campaign, please do not hesitate to contact the brand directly by email.
