Creators: How to apply to a campaign from your Upfluence Marketplace invite

If you’ve received an invitation email from Upfluence Marketplace — congrats! 🎉This means based on the brand’s campaign preference settings on Upfluence, our in-house AI system thinks you’re a good match.

How to apply step-by-step:

Step 1: Open the campaign application form

Click "Apply now" in your invitation email to access the full application form and review detailed campaign information, including:

  1. Compensation details the brand is offering:

    • Payment amount (if applicable)

    • Commission structure (if applicable)

    • Product offerings (if applicable)

  2. Campaign contract (if applicable)

    Some brands require a signed contract before confirming your participation.
    You’ll find this in the "Campaign contract" section, where you can download, sign, and return the document.

  3. Campaign briefing: This summary gives you the full picture of what the brand expects from collaborators. Make sure to read it carefully before moving forward.

Step 2: Sign in or create your Creator account

To move ahead with your application, click Apply at the bottom of the page. You’ll be prompted to sign in to your Upfluence Creator account.

  • New here? Follow this guide to create your Upfluence creator account.

  • Already signed up? Log in and you’ll be taken back to the same application form to continue.

Step 3: Submit your application

If the campaign interests you, follow these steps:

If monetary compensation is available:

  1. Click Accept to agree to the proposed payment

  2. Or click Refuse and exit the page

If gifted products are available:

  1. Click Add product to browse available gifts.

  2. Select your favourite item(s) and add them to your cart.

    • You may be able to adjust things like colour, size, or quantity.

  3. Want multiple items? If the brand allows it, click Save selection then Add product again

Before submitting:

  1. Double-check your product selections and any variations.

  2. Revisit the campaign briefing to make sure you’re aligned with the brand’s goals.

  3. Make sure you’ve connected at least one social media account in your Creator Space. This helps the brand identify your profile.

When you're ready:

  1. Click "Accept offer"

  2. If selecting products, enter your postal address for shipment.

  3. Hit "Accept offer" again to submit your application to the brand.

Important:

  • Applying doesn’t guarantee you’ll be selected, and it doesn’t create a formal agreement.

  • Once you click "Accept," you cannot modify your product selection.

Next steps after applying

What happens next:

  1. Your application goes into the brand's review queue

  2. The campaign appears in your "Campaigns"> "Awaiting" tab

  3. The campaign will automatically move to the "Accepted" or "Rejected" tab once there are updates about your application status

Application statuses:

  • Awaiting: Brand is reviewing your application

  • Accepted: You've been selected for the campaign

  • Rejected: The brand chose other creators

Tips for successful Marketplace applications

1. Optimize your profile:

Connect more of your social accounts. The more socials you link, the better your chances of finding the right fit for your audience and style!

2. Timing matters:

  • Apply early in the campaign timeline

  • Check the Marketplace regularly for new opportunities
