You can seamlessly transfer influencer and campaign data from a previous provider to Upfluence.

How is the data transferred?

  • Using the provided CSV template, please populate the file with the data you would like to transfer without making any changes to it : CSV Transfer Template

Step - by - Step Guide

Follow the steps below when compiling your data to transfer:

  1. Make a copy of the CSV Transfer Template

  2. Rename the file the name of the Campaign you'd like to recreate. - Recreate a separate file for each campaign

  3. Populate the file(s) with the data we are transferring.

NOTE: Please ensure that you do not modify any of the existing headers or include new ones. For instance, the header "media_url" must remain unchanged to facilitate the transfer process.

File Requirements

  • File(s) contain only 1 discount code for each Influencer

  • File(s) contains discount code patterns as seen below:
    A. {Influencer_Name} / OSCAR
    And/Or
    B. {Influencer_Name}{Discount_Code%} / OSCAR15

  • A separate file needs to be created for influencers who do not have a discount code associated to them

Campaign Set Up Questions (if applicable)

In addition to transferring your data, we want to make sure we are recreating the campaign(s) you currently have running with the same set up. Below are a few questions to be aware of:

  • What are your tracking start and end dates?

  • Do you want to limit the number of times a single end consumer can use the discount code?

  • Do you want to limit the number of times the discount code can be used in total?

  • Do you want to add UTM parameters?

What do I do with the file once it is ready?

Once the file is complete, please send it over to your Customer Success Manager so we can start working on it right away.

⚠️ Things to look out for:

  • Make sure your media URL links are up to date as this may cause the import to fail

  • Double check your codes and make sure they are available in your shop

  • Add only one line per influencer per campaign
