How to create a new List

Creating a List in Upfluence helps you organize influencers based on your campaign needs. You can create a List from different tools depending on your workflow.

There are two main ways to create a List:

  1. From the Search & List app – Best for finding new influencers

  2. From the Community (IRM) app – Best for organizing existing influencers

Option 1: Create a list from the Search & List app (Recommended)

Use case: When searching for new influencers to add to a campaign.

  1. Open the Search tool in Upfluence.

  2. Click the dropdown menu next to the List name.

  3. Click "+" (Create new list), enter a name for your List.

  4. Click Create.

Your new List is now ready to store selected influencers from your search results.

Option 2: Create a list from the Community (IRM) app

Use case: When you want to create a List from influencers already in your Community.

  1. Open the Community (IRM) app.

  2. Filter and select influencers from your Community table view.

  3. Click + Create > List. Enter a name for your List.

  4. Click Export influencers to save them into your new List.
