Influencer community, what is it?

Influencer community is based on the number of unique influencer profiles present in your IRM (Influencer Relationship Manager).

What adds a profile to your IRM:

  • Adding a profile to a list from the search

  • Reveal influencers' emails ( even if you don’t add them to your list)

  • Adding a profile to an emailing

  • Adding a profile to a Publisher Campaign/ Workflow

  • Adding a profile to a monitoring Dashboard

  • Capture someone using Live Capture or a third party integration

  • Adding a profile to Upfluence Database using a Chrome Extension

  • Adding a profile to Upfluence using a file Upload

We consider that an influencer is in your community from the moment they have been added to your IRM.

Why does Upfluence have Community Sizes?

For each influencer profile added to your IRM, we constantly analyze and calculate the metrics for any profiles to give you the most up-to-date data available for an influencer. This helps you power the best influencer marketing decisions possible, but it does include a cost for Upfluence of which we pass a small portion to you.

How is an influencer added to my community (IRM)?

Your community depends on the number of Influencer in your network. This number is gathering the number of unique influencer profiles present in your IRM (Influencer Relationship Manager). It is all the influencers you have interacted with or added via search, stream, an import, or our Live Capture tool. We consider that an influencer is in your network from the moment they have been added to your IRM.

Here are the actions that automatically add an influencer to your Network :

  • Adding a profile to a list from the search

  • Adding a profile to a mailing

  • Adding a profile to a Workflow campaign

  • Revealing an influencer's e-mail in their profile

  • Adding a profile to a Stream

  • Capture someone using Live Capture or a third-party integration (Shopify, Klaviyo, WooCommerce, Zapier, etc ...)

  • Adding a profile to the Upfluence Database using our Chrome Extension

  • Adding profiles to Upfluence using the File Upload

Also, influencers can be added in your community if:

  • Influencer respond to an email

  • Campaign status modification: Apply to a campaign, upload a draft, claim a payment, etc.

How do I know how many influencers I have in my community?

For maximum transparency, you can access the number of influencers in your community from multiple locations in the software:

  • In the IRM

  • In the navigation bar throughout Upfluence

  • On your landing page

  • In your account settings, Billing & Usage tab
