Updated over a week ago

Upfluence allows you to integrate your Magento (Adobe commerce) Store with our software in order to import products, create orders, generate discount codes and track sales.

  • If you are experiencing an issue when creating orders, please, read this documentation if you want to disable or remove State/province for certain countries.

  • Make sure your Magento store version is supported by Upfluence. Find the compatibility list below.

  • You can connect an unlimited number of Magento domains to Upfluence. All you need to do is repeat the process below. However, only one domain connection will be allowed.

Enable "Free Shipping"

To allow our integration to work properly, you must activate the "Free Shipping". This will allow Upfluence to apply a shipping with a null value when creating an order. If not, the orders will require payment.

  • On the Admin Panel, Stores > Settings > Configuration.

  • On the left panel, under Sales, select the Delivery Methods tab.

  • Open the Free Shipping section,

    • Enable the shipping method by choosing Yes for that.

Generating Credentials from your Magento (Adobe Commerce) store

From your Magento dashboard, from the domain you want to connect, go to System>Integrations>Extensions in the sub-menu.

From there, you can add a new integration by clicking "Add new integration"

Fill what Magento asks you to fill in, on the integration info tab.

When you're done, go to the API tab and select “all” in the resource access. This is a mandatory setting, and it will give all the necessary access to Upfluence to properly connect your store.

After you have set all up, you can save your new integration.

Once everything described above is done, you should see it into your integration table.

You now need to activate the integration by clicking on the “Activate” button. Clicking there will forward you under a screen where you can allow the integration.

Once activated, you would be able to find your integration credentials. Keep this page opened and open Upfluence Software in a new browser tab. You can now proceed to the next step, which consists in connecting your Magento in Upfluence.

Connecting your Magento Account

Once you have generated your credentials, you just have to use them into your Upfluence account to connect your Magento store. From your Upfluence Account, click on Account Settings and then the Integrations tab up top.

Once your domain is connected, you can find it listed into your e-commerce section, and you are now ready to use all the e-commerce features in Upfluence!
