You can add your colleagues to CC and BCC during the creation of your mailing. This means that they will be automatically added to the email chain discussions with the influencers.
To CC or BCC someone to a mailing campaign
You simply open your mailing template and click on Cc: or Bcc. After you add the email, make sure to "save" it.
To cc someone or add more people to an email thread
You just need to go into that email thread and click on the cc button. Make sure to hit enter on your keyboard to “save” their email after typing in the email address.
Reply to everyone in an email thread
If there is more than 1 person involved in an email thread, you can reply to all of them by going into the "email" tab in the influencer’s profile. Click the ↰ arrow button next to "From" and then select “Reply to All”.
