One Inbox, all threads
No more switching from one mailing to another. The Inbox groups all your influencer email threads in one place. This allows you to have a central view of all of your influencer communications.
Use filters to manage your Inbox
Upfluence Inbox allows you to filter all your email threads exactly how you wish and display only what is important to you. All columns of the Inbox are filterable and orderable. This allows much easier navigation. For example:
Search for a specific influencer in the thread list (most requested feature)
Display only threads related to a particular campaign
Display all your threads and show the most recent ones first
Display only threads/conversations with a particular influencer
Display all your "Scheduled" threads to get an overview of your scheduled outbound emails
The possibilities are almost endless!
Track mailing sent statuses
As you know, having multiple mailings scheduled can be a hard thing to manage. To remedy this, we have added a brand-new component that allows you to track the status of your emails. We have also added a progress bar that provides a clear view of the sending progress.
In addition, if you click on a specific email, you have the possibility to modify the content of the email to start sending or pause from being sent.
Manage mailing content & activity status
You also have the option to modify the content of your mailings or Start/Pause your mailing by clicking on the name of a specific mailing. This action is done either:
From the “Mailing name” column
From the email tracking component
Share & Archive mailings
As for the previous mailing app, you can manage their mailings from the “Manage mailing(s)” dropdown menu on the top of the page. by using this, you can archive or share the mailings you want.
Mailing delivery summary
At the bottom of the page, you have a summary bar of your emails. This summary bar is updated according to the filters you set up for your email table. Through this, you can filter and get an overview of your key figures by dedicated rules (depending on a specific mailing, workflow campaign, etc …).
Influencers: is the number of unique you reached out to.
Threads: is the number of conversations started on Upfluence.
Scheduled: is the number of emails planned to be sent. Emails are sent 1 to 3 minutes apart from each other to avoid triggering SPAM filers.
Failed: is the number of emails that couldn't be sent. Filter by status to find out what is preventing your email to be sent.
Sent is the number of emails received by influencers.
Opened: is the number of emails opened by influencers.
Replied: is the number of emails replied to by influencers.
Bulk actions
Finally, by selecting threads in the new Inbox, you can:
Move to: Add the selected influencers to a specific campaign, list, stream, or to another mailing.
Create a new mailing with the influencers selected
