Best practices for managing your inbox

1. Use filters to navigate effectively

  • Search by Recipient: Locate threads for a specific influencer.

  • Filter by Message: Display read or unread messages.

  • Filter by Status: View emails that are scheduled, sent, replied to, or failed. check more: How to understand email status and monitor mailing delivery

    • Example: Display all Scheduled threads to see pending outbound emails.

  • Filter by Campaign: Show threads related to a specific Campaign.

  • Sort by Last Communication Date: Quickly identify recent conversations.

💡 Example use case:
You want to see which influencers have replied to emails in a specific Campaign. Filter by Campaign, then filter Status > Replied for a clear view.

2. Leverage bulk actions

Save time by applying actions like moving influencers to a new Mailing directly if the ideal Mailing content already was created, or marking threads unread to multiple threads at once.
