Unclaimed: the creator hasn't claimed their payment yet
Ready to pay: the creator has uploaded their billing information and is waiting for your payment
Processing: the payment has been submitted and is scheduled to be transferred to the creator. With Upfluence Pay, there is a default 5-day (120-hour) delay before funds reach the creator's account
Paid: the payment has been completed or manually marked as paid
Canceled: the payment request was canceled before payment
Error: the payment failed. Contact Upfluence support via live chat with your payment details

For payments processed outside of Upfluence (offline wire transfer or non-integrated PayPal), click $ Pay > Mark as paid to update the status manually.
3. How to pay creators
The payment method available in the side panel depends on how the creator claimed their payment. Once a creator has claimed a payment request, there's only one path forward for each method.
Upfluence Pay
Upfluence Pay is the most efficient way to pay creators, including bulk payments to multiple creators at once.
Click the creator's row or View/Pay to open the side panel.
Confirm the Upfluence Pay account to use (if a default is set at the campaign level, it'll be pre-selected).
Choose how to handle the currency conversion fee, if applicable.
Click Pay with Upfluence Pay.
For the full walkthrough including how to pay in bulk, see How to pay creators using Upfluence Pay.
PayPal
Click the creator's row to open the side panel.
Review the creator's PayPal email and payment summary.
Click Pay with Paypal to send the payment directly to their PayPal account via your integrated PayPal Business account.
For full details, see How to pay creators using PayPal Payouts.
Offline payment
Click the creator's row to open the side panel.
Use the bank details Upfluence collected from the creator to complete the transfer outside of Upfluence.
Once the transfer is done, click Mark as Paid to update the payment status and keep your records accurate.
Other actions available in the side panel
Regardless of payment method, you can also:
Cancel a payment request: for example if the creator uploaded incorrect documents. Canceling lets you create a new request.
Mark as Paid manually: for offline payments or any payment processed outside of Upfluence. You can undo this with Mark as ready to pay if needed.
4. At the bottom of the page: Summary bar
The summary bar at the bottom of the page gives you a running total of your payments based on any filters currently applied to the table. Use it to quickly view totals by date range, campaign, or other criteria.
