To get started, go to your Settings by clicking on this button at the end of the page:
In your account settings, you have access to:
General Information: Modify your account personal information.
Billing & Usage: check your accounts limits and influencer community size.
User Management: creates teams and invites new users.
Integrations connect your Upfluence account to other applications.
General Information
This page is specific to your account settings, including the ability to reset your password, manage your email settings and notifications.
First & Last name: The First & Last name is used to identify the user identity, and will be also the name used to send your emails.
Email address: This Email address will be used to receive all the notifications related to Upfluence.
Default Currency: You can select the Currency you want to use for your upcoming Campaigns.
Distance Unit: Select Imperial or Metric.
Default Ownership: If you have multiple users in your company, you can choose to share your work with your all company or with users in the same team as you.
Avatar: You can select a picture for your account. (optional)
Password
You can change your password to access your account in this section.
Email Settings
Default Email Address: choose the email address that will be used to contact Influencers from Upfluence. You can add more emails by integrating your personal inbox in the"integrations".
Mailing Signature: You can update your email signature to save time. Just copy and paste the one you usually use here.
NOTE: Don't forget to click on Update signature to save it.
Notifications
Stay on top of your influencer marketing by choosing which notification emails that you would like to receive from us.
Billing & Usage
In the Billing & Usage section, you can find all the limits based on your current plan.
Seats: This is the number of users you have in your account.
This month
Full export(s): This is the number of "All data" exports done this month, this doesn't include basic exports.
Search Results(s): This is the number of profiles you displayed in your search results this month.
Profiles view(s): This is the number of influencers' profiles you clicked on to check their metrics this month.
All-time
Campaign(s): This is the number of active Workflow campaigns, archived campaigns are not included.
Thread(s): This is the number of unique email threads you created. (A thread is a unique conversation initiated with an influencer)
Stream(s): This is the number of active social listening Streams, archived streams are not included.
User Management:
Click on all members to displays all your company's members.
Click on a team name to display the members of the team.
Note: If you only have one seat on your account, you will not have access to "User Management"
Integrations:
Integrate your email service providers with Upfluence in order to seamlessly reach out and communicate with your influencers.
