Find out how to remove influencers from your Influencer Community

Updated over a week ago

You can easily delete influencers from your Influencer Community directly from your Influencer Management tool (IRM) in a few steps.

This action is not reversible!

  • All deleted influencers will be inaccessible from the IRM

  • Any future interactions with their profile (ie. mailing, add to list, etc.) will add them back in your Community.

How can I delete influencers?

1️⃣ From your IRM

  1. Go to the (Influencer relationship management) IRM tool. This tool helps you manage all the influencers you have selected.

  2. Select the influencers you no longer want to have in your lists.

  3. Click on the “Trashcan icon” to delete influencers

You can also bulk delete influencers also by using the different column filters ( filter by list, tag, campaign, etc...) and select all influencers.

  1. Go to the IRM tool.

  2. Filter your influencers ( filter by list, tag, campaign, etc...)

  3. Select all influencers

  4. Click on "Trashcan icon" to delete influencers

📌 Bulk deletion is limited to 1000 influencers at once but this action can be completed multiple times.

Important note:

When you reject an influencer from one of your lists, the influencer is not deleted, you will still be able to find their profile in the IRM. To delete these influencers from your Community, use the list filter and select influencers without a list.

2️⃣ Using the Community member indicator

You can also remove an influencer from your community using the community member indicator. This small button will inform if an influencer is already member of your community, or not.

When clicking on this button, you will remove the influencer from your Community. This allows you to easily manage your community from all Upfluence apps.
