The Status of each Upfluence profile gives you a clear understanding of your creators' status. It helps you segment creators based on your history with them, such as:
Are they newly added to the Community?
Have they been contacted by you or your colleagues?
Are they working with you, or have they collaborated with you on a Campaign?
1. Types of statuses
Type 1: Automated statuses
These statuses are applied automatically based on specific actions or events:
Status name | How it’s assigned | Notes |
Lead | Default when a creator is first added to your Community. | Initial status for all new creators. |
Contacted | Automatically triggered when any team member sends an email (one-on-one or via a Campaign). | Tracks initial outreach. |
Engaged
(Campaign users only) | Automatically triggered when: | Shows influencers participating in a Campaign. |
Type 2: Manual statuses
These are custom statuses that you assign manually. They take priority over automated statuses, meaning they won’t change unless you update them.
