Until now, if a sender email got disconnected mid-campaign, everything stopped. The only way out was duplicating the campaign and manually moving every creator across, a painful, time-consuming workaround that generated a lot of frustration and support tickets.
From now on: sender issues are surfaced directly where you work, and you can fix them without rebuilding anything 🚀
Here's what's new:
Instant alerts when a sender breaks
A clear warning now appears in the Campaign tab the moment a sender gets disconnected. No more guessing why emails aren't going out.
A guided recovery modal
Any action that would trigger a sequence email now opens a "Disabled sender email" modal with two clear options: reconnect the existing sender, or switch to a new one.
Reconnect flow, even without integration access
If you own the integration, you're routed straight to reconnect it. If you don't, you can request reconnection and integration owners are notified by email automatically.
Switch the sender at any time
The sender email field in Email Flows → Settings is now always editable, even after sequences have been sent. Each switch creates a new campaign thread for the creator, with clear in-thread guidance to keep the conversation going.
This update closes one of our most reported workflow blockers, keeping campaigns moving instead of grinding to a halt when a sender goes down.
