Upfluence API

A breakdown of the data types available through the Upfluence API and how token-based access is structured

The Upfluence API lets you connect creator data directly to your existing tools: CRM, e-commerce platforms, automation workflows, and more. Access is purchased in tokens, which are consumed each time you call the API based on the data type and volume requested.

To get access or purchase tokens, contact your Upfluence account manager (success@upfluence.com) or reach out to our support team via live chat.

How tokens are consumed — an example

You have 100 creators who each posted 5 times. You need data for 500 posts total.

If those creators are already in a stream:

  • 500 posts gathered → 50 tokens

  • 100 creator profiles → 20 tokens

Total: 70 tokens

What can you build with the API?

The Upfluence API is designed for teams that want to automate creator discovery, enrichment, and campaign workflows.

Common use cases include:

  • Automatically qualifying creator applications against your criteria before they reach your team

  • Identifying customers who are also creators from your e-commerce platform

  • Enriching CRM records with up-to-date creator data (followers, engagement, audience demographics)

  • Tracking when creators post about your brand or competitors

  • Triggering reward workflows when creators hit revenue milestones

For a full walkthrough of these workflows, see the Upfluence API Playbooks
