How to pause a mailing
If your email is part of a Campaign:
Open the Campaign where the email is scheduled.
Click Email Flows > Settings.
Toggle Off the Outreach status.
The status will now display "Inactive", meaning emails will no longer be sent.
If your email is not part of a Campaign (or is outside key campaign steps):
Head to the Inbox.
Find the mailing you want to pause using the dropdown menu in the top left corner.
Click on the mailing name.
Click "Pause Sending" in the top right corner.
To restart a mailing
If your email is part of a Campaign:
Open the Campaign where the email was paused.
Click Email Flows > Settings.
Toggle On the Outreach Status.
The status will now display "Active", meaning emails will resume.
If your email is not part of a Campaign (or is outside key campaign steps):
Open the Inbox Tool.
Find the mailing you want to restart using the dropdown menu.
Click on the mailing name.
Click "Pause Sending" again in the top right corner (this will reactivate sending).
How to check mailing status
You can identify whether a mailing is active or paused by checking the Mailing name column on the table view:
Paused mailing: Displaysin front of the mailing name.
Active mailing: Displaysin front of the mailing name.
