Sometimes, creators may be unable to access their payment request due to a mismatch in account assignments. Here’s why this happens and how to fix it.
Why can't the influencer access their payment request?
Creators may face access issues because:
The request was already claimed by a different creator account (e.g., when an influencer changes agencies or is managed by multiple agencies).
You accidentally opened the creator’s payment link while logged into a test creator account.
💡 Solution: You can unlink the current creator account from the payment request so it can be reassigned 👇.
How to unlink the current creator account
Open the campaign table view and click on the influencer’s profile.
Locate "Payment history".
Click on "Secured" > Unlink.
⚠️ Important: Once a new creator accesses the payment link, they will be assigned to all payment requests for that Campaign, so use this feature carefully.
How to send the new payment link to the influencer
Log out of your test creator account to avoid clicking the link by mistake.
Right-click the payment request link and select "Copy link".
Forward the link to the correct influencer.
🚨 Do NOT click the link yourself! Clicking it will mark the payment as "Claimed," preventing the influencer from claiming it.
