How to troubleshoot (and resend) your application link

Ensure the correct hyperlink is set up and easily resend the application link to influencers

Before sending your invitation email

Always double-check that the application form link is correctly set up. If it’s not, this guide will walk you through troubleshooting the link.

1. Ensure the influencer is added to the campaign

First, make sure the influencer has been added to the correct campaign. Without this, their application form won’t be generated.

2. Check the hyperlink

Find the word "HERE" in your email template where the application link is added.

  • Make sure the hyperlink contains {{application_link}} only, without any extra text or formatting errors (e.g., unwanted characters or spaces).

3. Fixing the error

If you notice an extra part after copying the link:

  • Remove the incorrect part, leaving only {{application_link}}.

  • Switch to Preview mode and click the "HERE" link to ensure it works correctly.

4. Resend the application link if needed

If you've already sent the email with the incorrect link, don’t worry! You can resend the correct link.

Option 1: At scale (bulk resend)

  1. Filter influencers with the status “Awaiting application”

  2. Select all the results, then click the Email button

  3. Send a new email with the correct {{application_link}}

Option 2: Individually (1v1 resend)

  1. Find the influencer’s dedicated application link in their side panel

  2. Go to the Email tab and send the correct link as a reply
