If you're having trouble using the Upfluence Chrome Plugin, follow this guide to resolve common issues and get back to analyzing influencer data seamlessly.
1. Enable third-party cookies
Google has updated its privacy policies, gradually blocking third-party cookies by default, which affects the functionality of Chrome extensions like Upfluence.

2. Adjust your pop-up settings
Some Chrome settings may be blocking pop-ups needed for the plugin to function properly.
Open Chrome Settings.
Click Privacy and Security > Site Settings.
Scroll down to the Content section and click "Pop-ups and redirects."

3. Make sure you're logged into Upfluence
If you're a paying Upfluence user, ensure you are logged in to your Upfluence account.
Being logged in allows us to correctly identify your account, enabling you to:
Add creators to your Upfluence lists
Access full influencer data through the plugin
4. Make sure you've uninstalled the old version
If you previously had an older version of the Upfluence Chrome Plugin installed, it may cause conflicts with the new version.
Open Chrome Extensions by going to chrome://extensions.
Locate the old Upfluence Chrome Plugin.
Click Remove to uninstall it.
Once the old version is uninstalled, proceed to reinstall the latest version.
5. Try re-installing the Chrome Plugin
If youβve followed the steps above and the plugin is still not working:
Uninstall the Upfluence Chrome Plugin.
Reinstall it from the Chrome Store.
Restart Chrome and test again.
