Check, modify and export influencer product choice and shipping address

When your campaign involves sending gifts to influencers, collecting and managing their product preferences and shipping addresses is an important step. This article talks about how to handle it smoothly:

1. Identify influencers who submitted their information

After sending out invite emails, influencers will provide their product selection, monetary compensation, and shipping details through the application form. Here are two ways to quickly identify these profiles:

Option 1: Filter by status

To find influencers who have submitted their information but haven’t yet received a Product shipment email yet, you can filter by “Influencer Responded” in Status column.

Option 2: View product and address details

To see all influencers who have submitted their information, check the "Product Gifting" or "Shipping Address" columns. This method allows you to track influencers at various campaign stages, whether they just applied or are in later stages (e.g., working on drafts).

Note: If an influencer’s status has changed from "Waiting Application" but no product or address details appear, this indicates their Status was manually changed before creators submitted their form.

To resolve this, click the “Back” button to revert to "Waiting Application" and let them reapply.

2. Check and manage product choices

Use case: If a product is unavailable or the influencer wants to change their choice, you can modify it easily.

You can review or adjust product choices as needed:

  1. Find product selections: Check the “Product” column for the influencer’s choice.

  2. Edit Options: Click the edit button if you need to update or confirm the selection.

Note: Changes can be made until you create a compensation order to your e-commerce store (for native integration users). Once the order is placed, you won’t be able to change the product.

3. Check and manage shipping addresses

Make sure shipping addresses are current and accurate:

Use case: If your influencer reach out and wants to change their shipping address, you can modify it easily.

  • Edit shipping information: On the campaign dashboard, find the influencer and click the edit button next to their shipping address. This opens a dialog box where you can update and save the details. A success notification will confirm your changes.

Note: Address updates apply only to the specific campaign you are editing. You can change shipping addresses until the compensation order is created, after which they are locked.

4. Reusing addresses for future orders

If you plan to send gifts to influencers in future collaborations, reusing addresses is simple:

  • Automatic address population: Once an address is added to an influencer's profile, it will populate automatically for future campaigns, streamlining the order creation process.

Note: These addresses are visible only to your company. External users will not have access to them.

Always verify addresses before shipping to avoid errors. If an influencer provides a new address for a latest campaign, it will overwrite their profile address but will NOT change addresses in other existing campaigns.

Special use-cases

  • Using an existing database: If you have a database of creator information (like shipping addresses) from before using Upfluence, you can upload it in bulk. Follow the instructions to upload using a .csv file and make sure all location fields, except “Address Line 2,” are filled in to ensure the import is successful. 5. Manage compensation orders

Once you’ve finalized details with the influencers and your team is ready to proceed, it’s time to schedule the shipments. There are 2 ways:

Option 1: One-click order (Automated shipping from Upfluence)

Option 2: Exporting information

If you don’t use one of the native integrations, you can download the data for offline shipment scheduling:

  1. Mass select influencers: Choose the influencers you want and reveal hidden action buttons.

  2. Download data: Click the “...” button and select “⬇ Campaign Data”. The exported file will list product choices and addresses under the “Shipping Address” and “Products” columns, which you can then use for offline shipment scheduling.
