How to send additional products within a campaign

Sending multiple product shipments during a campaign

Updated today

If you need to send products to your creators multiple times during a campaign, there’s no need to create a separate campaign in Upfluence. This guide will walk you through how to create additional compensation orders within the same campaign.

Note: This feature is only available for campaigns using products imported from an e-commerce store. It doesn’t apply to campaigns with manually imported products.

I. Creating extra orders

Navigate to the campaign you’re working on:

  1. Select the influencer(s) you’d like to send additional products to.

  2. Click the "New Extra Order" button.

  3. Click the "Select" button next to each product you want to include in the order, click "Next" to continue.

    Note:
If the product list haven’t been set up yet, a pop-up will prompt you to add them to the Campaign’s compensation settings.

If you want to add new products that aren’t already in the list, click "+ Add product(s)" to update the product list.

  4. A confirmation table will display the creators set to receive the products. If any creator is missing a valid shipping address, a notification will prompt you to update their information.

  5. Once everything looks good, click "Create Order" to finalize the process.

  6. A green notification will confirm that the order was successfully created.

II. Tracking compensation orders

Option 1: Product gifting column

  1. In your campaign’s Workflow table, locate the "Product Gifting" column.

This column shows the total number of orders, included products, and their status.

  2. Click the "eye" button to see details about the products sent to each creator.

Option 2: Influencer side-panel

  1. In the campaign table view, click on a creator’s name to open their side-panel.

  2. Scroll down to the "Gifting History" section to view all compensation orders for that influencer in the campaign.

  3. Click the "eye" button next to a specific order for detailed information, such as the products, dates, and statuses.
