How to send additional products within a campaign?

By following these steps, you can now easily send new products for recurring campaigns to individual influencers or groups of influencers without creating separate campaigns for each product. Please note that this feature is exclusively available for campaigns with products imported from a CMS and is not applicable to manually imported products campaigns.

How to send additional products to one influencer?

Step 1 - Select the influencer

Go to your campaign and select the influencer you want to send the product to.

Step 2 - Select products

Once the influencer is selected, you'll notice a new button called "New Extra Order."

Clicking on this button will take you to a section where you can select products.

Each product added from your campaign settings is conveniently displayed with a "Select" button next to it. By clicking on this button you will select the product :

  • If a product has variations, you'll be prompted to choose a specific variation.

If you want to add new products to the selection list click on the “+ Add product(s)” link. By clicking on this link you will be redirected to the campaign’s compensation settings page to add more products to the campaign.

Once you've made your selection, the "Select" button in the first modal will transform into a blue tag. This tag displays a validation pictogram and the status "Selected"

For products with variations, you'll also find a pencil pictogram to modify the variation.
You will also find a rubbish bin pictogram to deselect the product if needed.

When you're ready, click the "Next" button to move on to the next step.

ℹ️ Note :

  • In case there is no product selected in the campaign’s settings, when users will click on the “New extra order” button from the Workflow table, users will be redirected to a modal to inform them to add products from settings.

  • In case there is no email address on the influencer’s profile, when users will click on the “New extra order” button from the Workflow table, users will be redirected to a modal to inform insert the email address of the influencer. Users will not be able to create the order without an email address.

Step 3 - Create the order

Once products have been selected for your influencer, you will have a recap of the order you want to create. If the address of the influencer is missing, you will be able to add it from here by clicking on the “+” button.

Once the address is entered, you will be able to create the order by clicking on the 'Create Order' button.

You will have a green notification to tell you the order have been well created, and the order will be placed on the Workflow table.

Step 4 - Follow the order

Now that your order is created, it's time to keep track of this one. In the "Product Gifting" column, you'll find the total number of orders, along with the last created order. This column provides valuable information, such as the number of products in the order and the status of the primary order created with the campaign.

Curious to dive deeper into the order details? Simply click on the "eye" button to open the side panel, where you'll discover a new section called "Gifting Orders History."

Within the "Gifting Orders History" section, a table showcases relevant details about each order, including the order number, date of the order, number of products, total value, campaign type, and order status.

You can even explore the order details further by clicking on the "eye" button, which opens the order details modal.

How to send additional products to multiple influencers?

Now, you can select multiple influencers by ticking the checkboxes instead of choosing just one.

The process is the same as selecting only one influencer, and the modal to "Create Order" will have a specific table to display the list of creators who will receive the products. If any of the creators lack a valid shipping address, we will notify you with a helpful message to ensure that everyone receives their orders.
