Errors received when creating one-click orders

When creating one-click orders, the process may fail due to various reasons. Below is a list of common errors, what they mean, and how to resolve them.

Shop-related errors

Missing shop credentials

This error occurs when Upfluence cannot connect to your store. Possible reasons include:

  • Expired credentials – The shop’s access permissions are no longer valid.

  • Invalid credentials – The credentials provided are incorrect or have been modified.

  • Revoked credentials – The user has intentionally revoked access to the shop.

  • Unreachable shop – A rare issue where the shop's server cannot be reached due to network problems.

💡 Solution: Reconnect your shop by updating your store credentials in Upfluence > Integrations.

Order-related errors

Has no products

This error appears when an order is missing products — the order cannot be processed because no items have been added.

💡 Solution: Ensure that at least one product is included in the order before submission.

Missing shipping address

Occurs when a shipping address is required but has not been provided.

💡 Solution:

  • If the order includes physical products, enter a valid shipping address.

  • If the order only contains virtual products, a shipping address is not required.

Product-related errors

Items unavailable

This error suggests an issue with specific products, such as:

  • The product is not visible in the store.

  • The product has restrictions preventing it from being sold.

  • The product is out of stock.

💡 Solution:

Missing product

Occurs when a product in the order cannot be found — it typically results in a 404 error when searching for the item. The product may not exist in the store's inventory or cannot be located on our side.

💡 Solution:

  • Confirm that the product exists in your store’s inventory.

  • Ensure that the product is correctly synced between Upfluence and your store.

Product modifiers (BigCommerce only)

BigCommerce allows users to define product modifiers (e.g., size, color). If these modifiers do not have default values, Upfluence cannot create the order.
