How to personalize your landing page form

As part of the landing page, influencers will need to fill out a form to apply to work with your brand. From your Live Capture campaign’s creation you will find a dedicated Step 4 called "Build your form" where you have full control over your landing page form's customization.

On the left side of the page, you'll find the "Manage Fields" section. Here, you can create the form you desire by starting with default fields and adding other default and merge fields as needed.

Default fields such as "First name," "Last name," and "Email address" and “Social media account” cannot be removed. You can set them as mandatory or optional, except for email addresses, which will always stay mandatory to ensure the success of campaigns.

On the right side of the page, the "Preview" section offers you a real-time view of the form you're customizing. All changes made in the "Manage Fields" section will be instantly reflected here.

How to add fields?

You can add fields by clicking on the "+ Add Field" button.

A modal will appear and you will have two choices: either select an existing field or create a new merge field.

1. Select an existing field :
By clicking on the input, you will see a new drop down menu.

You will have the possibility to search a field by 2 ways :

  • Scrolling all fields :

    • Users will see defaults fields (Agent email address, phone, address fields) following by all custom fields already created.

  • Or typing in the search bar the name of the field.

You will select one or multiple fields by ticking checkboxes, and your selection will be displayed as a 'chip' with a cross to remove fields from the selection.

Then you can click on “Insert field(s)” button to add your fields to the form.

2. Create a new merge field

From the modal, you can create a new merge field by clicking on the “+ Create a new field” button.
By clicking on this button, you'll enter the new field name.

Once filled you will be able to click on the “Add field(s)” button and it will be automatically added to the form.

How to rearrange your fields?

Once you have added your fields, you can enjoy more options for personalization, such as:

  • Change Fields Order :

    • You have the flexibility to change the order of your fields using the "Arrow button," except for the default "First name" and "Last Name", which will remain on top of the form.

  • Fields Requirement :

    • You can make fields mandatory or optional with the "Toggle Switch" option. By default, all fields are optional, except for certain default fields like "Email address" and "Social media account."

    • When the toggle is switch off : the field is optional.

    • When the toggle is switch on : the field is mandatory.

  • Remove Fields : If you want to remove a field from the form, simply use the "Rubbish bin" pictogram button. Note that this option is not available for default fields.

Note : Informations provided by the creator will enrich the influencer overlay. Merge fields created through the Landing Page - Live Capture campaign will be visible in the influencer overlay, but only if influencers have provided information for those fields. We cannot display those fields on the side panel if we don’t have any informations related.
