You can now easily deny a draft during a campaign, providing clear feedback to creators and enabling them to update their drafts promptly.
How does it work from your side?
In the draft section for a dedicated creator within a campaign, you can now find a new button labeled "Deny Draft," placed alongside the existing "Accept" button. By simply clicking on the "Deny Draft" button, a modal will appear on your screen.
This modal will ask for your confirmation and provide a designated space where you can enter a comment for the creator. You can utilize the input area (mandatory) to enter a comment, explaining the reasons for denying the draft.
You have then two options :
Cancel: If you choose to click on the "Cancel" button, the modal will be dismissed, and no action will be taken on the draft.
Deny Draft: By clicking on the "Deny Draft" button, you can validate the rejection action.
How does it work from creator's side?
Once you validate the draft rejection, creators will receive a notification email, promptly informing them of the rejection and the call-to-action button will direct creators to the creator space and specifically to the draft submission linked to the campaign.
By going into the creator space, into the uploaded draft section, creator will have its denied draft highlight with a dedicated status: “Denied”.
