Here's a helpful video on how to do this:

If you arrived here, you are probably wondering how to create a fixed payment request.

During your collaboration with a creator, one of your responsibilities includes generating payments. Thankfully, you have the ability to effortlessly create payment requests for the agreed-upon amount with the influencer.

Create payment requests in a campaign

Access the campaign:

Upon entering the campaign, verify the current status of the influencer. When an influencer is eligible for payment, they will be marked as "Publishing" indicating that the media has been shared on social media. The corresponding action for this status will be to "Confirm":

Once you click on "Confirm" a pop-up window will appear, prompting you to authorize the payment for the influencer. If you are prepared to proceed, click on "Authorize for payment":

Upon successful authorization, the status will be updated to "Authorized for Payment" and the corresponding action displayed will be "Send payment request":

Upon selecting "Send payment request" an email with the "Payment" template from your campaign will be generated. You can review the information contained within and make any necessary modifications. Once you are satisfied with the email content, click on "Preview" to view how the email will appear to the influencer. If you are content with the email, click on "Preview" once more to return to the editor interface. From there, you can proceed by clicking on "Save and Send". This action will send the payment link to the influencer, allowing them to claim it:

Voilà! You have successfully created and sent the payment request. Following this, the influencer's status will be updated to "Waiting to be claimed." The status will change once the influencer has claimed the payment.
