You can move influencers from one stage to another by using the small arrows in the “Status” column.

You can go back if you haven't sent the email of the corresponding stage or clicked on confirm.

By doing this, you can easily transition influencers from one stage to another without having to take them through all stages in their set order or send them all the preset emails.
