If you need to send emails to your creators outside of the preset campaign key-steps, here are two simple methods to follow:
Option 1: Individual emails
This is commonly used for specific conversations when you want to send a customized email. Simply reply in your ongoing email thread with the creator to send a new message on the side panel - email tab.
Option 2: Bulk emails from the Campaign dashboard
This is ideal when you want to send a new email to a group of creators outside the preset campaign steps, using a unique template. For example, you can use this method to:
Reject some influencers after filling your list
Inform your creators of a significant campaign change
Reach out to your top influencers at the end of your campaign to start a new or extended collaboration
Steps:
Access the Campaign Dashboard
Find the influencers you want to email. (More details)
Select all the influencers you'd like to include.
Compose a new email:
Click the "Email" bubble that appears above.
Name your mailing and draft your message. You can include merge fields such as an application link or a discount code.
Send the email: Once your message is ready, click Send email to start sending it.
