Upfluence stream tool takes up to 4 days to collect posts mentioning keywords, #hashtags, or @usernames across social media. The software can collect posts faster if you selected a list of influencers in your stream settings.
If you set up your stream before influencers start to publish on social media, you will see the following page. Posts will show up a few hours after influencers start posting on social media.
If your influencer has posted, but the publication(s) has not shown up yet in your stream, I would recommend you to read the following articles to check if your stream is correctly setup:
