How to manage your influencer database with the Community (IRM) app

The Community (IRM) app helps you organize and manage all the influencers you’ve selected. It provides a centralized table view where you can:

  • See all influencers you have worked with, are working with, or will work with.

  • Filter influencers by Campaign, List, emailing, location, and more.

  • Perform bulk actions such as adding influencers to a campaign, building a new list, sending emails, or exporting data, etc.

Customizing your Community(IRM) table view

1. Display relevant information

  • Click on "Manage Fields" to select which influencer details to display.

  • Drag and rearrange columns using the toggle icon to customize your view.

  • Use the filter icon to sort, filter, or remove fields based on lists, mailings, or streams.

2. Perform bulk actions

Select multiple influencers to:

  • Add them to a new or existing List, Campaign(workflow), Mailing, or Stream

  • Assign a discount offer

  • Add tags

  • Change their status

  • Send emails

  • Export influencer information

3. Find specific influencers

  • Use the search bar to quickly locate an influencer by name.

  • Filter by email address by typing it into the Email column’s designated filter section.
