Why can't I move some influencers into my Mailing

You moved some influencers from a List to a Mailing, but not all of them got sent the email. Why?

Short answer: They don’t have an email address on their profile.

When you move influencers from a list to a mailing, only those with an email address are included. If an influencer doesn’t have an email, they won’t be added to your campaign.

How to check if an influencer has an email:

  1. Click to open influencer information page (side panel)

  2. Hit on tab Profile, and see if email address is added in section Contact details.

We only display emails that influencers have publicly shared. If a creator chooses not to share their email, we can’t retrieve it. However, if you're already in contact with them and have their email, you can:

  1. Click the edit button in the Contact details section.

  2. Manually add their email.

  3. The email will then be available internally for your team’s use.

Tip to avoid selecting influencers without emails:

When searching for influencers, use the "Has an Email" filter to ensure only those with email addresses are included in your mailing. 🚀
