How to track and manage influencer replies

Two easy ways to check for new messages and stay on top of your conversations

There are two ways to keep track of influencer replies, depending on your plan:

Option 1: If you are a Campaign user – Check for red icons in the Campaign tableview

Influencers with new updates will be marked with red icons next to their name.

How to check replies:

  1. Open the Campaign you’re working on.

  2. Hover over an influencer's profile picture.

  3. If you see a red envelope icon, it means they’ve sent you an email that you haven’t read yet.

  4. Click the envelope icon to open the side panel and go to the email tab to view the unread message.

  5. Click reply to respond to the influencer.

📌 Note: Influencers with the most recent email or draft notifications will be prioritized at the top of your Campaign tableview. Their position won’t change until you refresh the page.

Option 2: If you don't have Campaign in your plan – Use the Inbox app

For a detailed view of influencer replies, the Inbox app is your best option.

How to check replies in the Inbox app:

  1. Apply the Mailing name or Campaign filter to display relevant outreach messages.

  2. Use the Status filter and select "Replied" to show conversations where influencers have responded.

  3. Look for a red dot in the Message column, indicating a new reply.

If I open an influencer email through the mailing tool on Upfluence, will it show up as "read" on my integrated Gmail/Outlook inbox too?
