On Upfluence, an influencer's profile can have multiple social media accounts, so you can check quickly influencer insights across platforms and add only one profile to your list instead of multiple ones.
Sometimes, Influencers' profiles are missing social media accounts, have multiple profiles on the platform for each social media or you want to add an influencer with multiple social media accounts. You can merge their profiles or add more social media accounts to their profiles using a .csv file.
How does it work?
You can add influencers to our database and associate other social media accounts to their profile using the CSV import system.
First, you need to create a .csv file with your list of influencers and their social media account URL link. In the file, you need a column name, email (optional), and a column from each social media type you will add. You can download our influencers merging example file to make sure you give the right names to the column titles to import all your data successfully.
Now, you added all the information needed, save your file as a csv. If you don't save it in a good format, the software won't be able to process the information.
Log in to your Upfluence account, go to the search tool and open your list menu. In the list menu, select the upward arrow button on the line of the list you wish to add profiles or create a new list and click on "Upload file".
A window will open and upload your file. If some influencers are already in your list and in your file, the software will only update their profile. Influencer profiles won't be duplicated.
NOTE: Keep in mind, an influencer profile may only have one handle per social media platform & It can take a few minutes for the software to process the information and update profiles.
