If you're a European brand, paying creators has meant working in a currency that isn't your own. Every top-up had to go through USD, so your costs rode the EUR/USD exchange rate. On top of that, a 1% conversion fee quietly ate into every payout whenever a creator's currency wasn't USD.
From now on, you can operate entirely in euros, end-to-end 🙌
Here's what changed:
Create a EUR wallet from the start: When setting up a new Upfluence Pay account, simply pick EUR as your account currency. Every balance and transaction will display in euros across the platform. Existing USD wallets are untouched.
Top up your account in euros: EUR wallets support SEPA Wire Transfer and Payment Card. No USD conversion required.
Bulk pay across currencies without confusion: The bulk pay modal now groups payment totals by currency, so you can settle EUR and USD requests in one flow. If a wallet is short on funds, it's flagged in red so you can top up or proceed with a partial payment.
Note:
Payment requests created before this release can only be settled from a USD wallet. All new requests support both currencies.
