How to download your Upfluence subscription invoices

Access and download past invoices

You can view and download your subscription invoices anytime through the billing portal.

How to access your invoices

  1. Enter the email address associated with your Upfluence contract (the one used to receive and sign the agreement)

  2. Click Continue

  3. Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your email and click Login

  4. Select your active subscription

  5. Click on Billing history

  6. Find the invoice you need and click Download

Troubleshooting login issues

If you see the error message: “Looks like you don’t have an account with us”

It means the email you entered doesn’t match the one used to sign the agreement. Please check with your internal team to confirm the correct contract email address.
