Understand, customize, and use the 'Status' column in the Community tableview

Updated yesterday

I. Overview of the status column

The Status column in the Community tableview gives you a clear understanding of your creators' status. It helps you segment creators based on your history with them, such as:

  1. Are they newly added to the Community?

  2. Have they been contacted by you or your colleagues?

  3. Are they working with you, or have they collaborated with you on a campaign?

II. How to display the status column in your tableview

The Status column is added to your Community tableview by default. If it has been removed, follow these steps to re-add it:

  1. Open the Manage Fields box.

  2. Navigate to the Activities category.

  3. Select the Status box to display the column.

III. Types of statuses

1. Automated statuses

These statuses are applied automatically based on specific actions or events:

  1. Lead: Default status assigned when a creator is first added to your Community.

  2. Contacted: Automatically triggered when anyone on your team sends an email to the creator (includes one-on-one emails and Campaign mailings).

  3. Engaged (Exclusive to Campaign users): Automatically triggered when:

    • A creator applies to your campaign via the application form.

    • You manually approve an influencer in the Campaign tableview (moved to Status: Influencer Approved).

    • You skip the Influencer Approved step in a campaign.

2. Manual statuses

  • Created and assigned by you.

  • Priority over automated statuses: Once assigned, a manual status will not change automatically. You must manually update or change the status as needed.
