I. Overview of the Status column
The new Status column in the Community table view provides a clear view of your relationships with creators. It allows you to segment creators based on their interaction history, such as:
Are they new to the community?
Have they been contacted by your team?
Are they already working with you, or have been worked with you on a campaign? (Exclusive to users who have Campaign in your plan)
II. Status definitions
Lead
This default status is assigned when a creator is added to your community for the first time.
Contacted
Triggered when anyone on your team sends an email to the creator (includes 1-on-1 emails or Campaign mailings).
Engaged
Triggered when a creator applies to your campaign using the application form.
Also applied when you manually "Approve" an influencer in the Campaign table view. (Workflow status: Influencer Approved).
