How to configure automated email flows
Updated over a week ago

Navigating to the Email Flows Tab

After creating your campaign, the first step to configuring your sequences is to navigate to the "Email flows" tab located at the top of your campaign page.

This centralized “Email flows” page allows you to visualize and adjust each sequence with ease, providing your clients with a clear overview of your campaign's communication flow.

Preset Sequence Templates

Your campaigns come equipped with default sequence templates designed based on best practices to enhance your engagement from the outset. While these presets offer a solid foundation, you also have the flexibility to use your own customizable email templates. This ensures your message resonates perfectly with each influencer you’re targeting.

Adjustable Time-Delay

You can set up your follow-up emails to be sent automatically if an influencer hasn’t responded within a specified timeframe:

  • Within the choosen sequence, you will find options to set up your follow-up emails. Here, you can specify the conditions under which follow-up emails should be sent.

  • Next to the "Delay" option, you will see a small gear icon (⚙️). Click on this gear icon to open the configuration settings.

  • Set the time in days for your follow-up emails. This specifies the number of days to wait before sending a follow-up email if the influencer hasn’t responded.

This configuration ensures that no potential collaboration slips through the cracks, keeping your campaign on track without manual intervention.

Condition-Based Follow-Ups

To avoid unnecessary reminders and optimize your campaign management, your email flows are conditioned to stop based on specific triggers:

  1. If the client replied.

  2. If you changed the status of the creator in the campaign.

  3. If the creator took an action in the campaign.

When at least one of these conditions is met, the creator will not receive further reminders, saving time and effort for everyone involved.

Advanced Warning System

Our system includes a new advanced warning feature located in the navigation bar. This system alerts you when your sequences might not adhere to best practices, providing guidance towards optimized engagement strategies.

⚠️Warning: These best practice alerts are advisory and will not prevent emails from being sent. The only condition required is that the email has been drafted and includes a subject line.

By following these steps and utilizing the automated sequencing features, you can enhance your campaign communication and engagement with influencers effectively.
