What is the difference between Live Capture Matching and the Live Capture Influencer Landing Page?

  • Live Capture Matching targets individuals who have purchased your products (on Shopify) or subscribed to your newsletter (via Klaviyo), identifying potential influencers from these interactions.

  • Live Capture Ambassador Landing Page is designed for visitors to your website or social media who proactively leave their contact information, expressing a desire to collaborate with you.

What is the difference between the Campaign Application form and my Live Capture Influencer Landing Page?

  • Campaign Application Form is used to proactively reach out to influencers, inviting them to collaborate with you on specific campaigns.

  • Influencer Landing Page caters to influencers who have already shown interest by visiting your website or social media and leaving their information, indicating their willingness to work with you.

Where do I see influencers found among my Live Capture Matching?

You can find influencers identified among your clients or through influencer matching in two places:

  1. In the Influencer Relationship Management (IRM) section, specifically under the Live Capture campaign column. Click Here

  2. By connecting a list when setting up a Live Capture Matching. After doing so, you can check these influencers in the dedicated list you connected.

How do you know if someone is an influencer when doing Live Capture Matching? What are the metrics?

Identification of an influencer is based on matching the email address you have with the email addresses in the Upfluence database. If an email address appears on both sides, that contact will be presented to you for consideration.

There is no minimum follower requirement for this process; as long as the email matches, the potential influencer will be shown. Additionally, you can use filters in the Influencer Relationship Management (IRM) tool to further refine your search.

When I use Live Capture Matching, how long should I wait before having all the identified influencers?

The processing time for Live Capture Matching depends on the platform and the number of influencers:

  • For Shopify + WooCommerce: The duration largely depends on the quantity of influencers being analyzed. For example, processing a list of 5,000 influencers takes approximately 15 minutes on average.

  • For Klaviyo: The process is much quicker, with the first results appearing within a few minutes. However, for longer lists, there might be a slightly longer wait time.

When I do Live Capture matching, is selecting a Klaviyo list at the last step optional?

Yes, selecting a Klaviyo list at the final step is optional during Live Capture matching. By choosing a Klaviyo list, we help you to enrich your influencer list’s data.

Your identified influencers will be added to your selected Klaviyo list with additional information such as their Instagram handle, engagement rate, number of followers, and a link to their Upfluence profile.

What is the average matching success rate in Live Capture?

  • For Shopify: The usual matching success rate is between 1-3% of profiles.

  • For Klaviyo: The success rate is slightly above 1%.

If you launched a Live Capture matching campaign a few days ago but haven't seen results yet, there are a couple of things you should check:

  1. Retroactive Setting: Verify if the retroactive option is turned on. This setting allows the system to look back at previous customer interactions to identify potential influencers.

  2. Matching Activation: Ensure that the matching feature is activated for your campaign. Without activation, the system won't start the process of identifying influencers.

If both settings are correctly configured and you still don't see results, it may be helpful to reach out to our support via Live Chat Bot for further assistance.

Why do we encounter private profiles when running an influencer matching campaign?

Private profiles appear in influencer matching campaigns for a few reasons:

  1. Previously Public Profiles: If an influencer's account was public when added to our database but later changed to a private setting, it will still appear in the matching results.

  2. Strategic Privacy Setting: Influencers might set their profiles to private to encourage more users to follow them, as accessing the content requires following the account.

It's important to note that we cannot determine the specific reasons why an influencer chooses to make their profile private.

Can I get the historicity of an influencer's purchase after the Live Capture Matching?

Yes, when an influencer is identified, their purchase history is added and can be tracked in the IRM tool. To do so:

  1. Hit on the managed field.

  2. Search the e-commerce shop you want to check in the Customer Profile section.

Information you can display includes:

  • Date Of First Purchase

  • Date Of Last Purchase

  • Number Of Purchases

  • Total Value Of Purchases

If an influencer I'm working with during a campaign buys one of my products, will it be also identified via live capture matching again?

Yes, it will be identified via live capture if an influencer you are working with during a campaign buys one of your products. However, the profile will not be added again to your IRM/community.

I ran a Live Capture - Shopify campaign and some of the influencers match don’t have transaction history?
