What is retroactive analysis

Influencer Matching dababase analysis from eCommerce shops or marketing platforms

Updated over a month ago

When setting up a Live Capture for Influencer Matching one of the options available to you will be able to perform a retroactive analysis on your database.

Note: As Zapier-based live captures depend on the Zap trigger, retroactive analysis is not available

Where does it start?

Databases are analyzed in their original order, this means that for Klaviyo lists for example it would take into account the order in which they were added and read it chronologically, for stores such as Shopify it is based on customer creation.

If disabled it will stop and mark the last item matched so that it can resume where it left off when reactivated.

Will any influencers removed from my community be re-added when the live capture is reactivated?

No, once an influencer has been matched. they will not be matched again, therefore removing them from your community is final unless you perform a second retroactive analysis of the same database.

Note: Influencer matching can be done directly into a list so you can keep a record of influencers matched even after they've been removed from your community
