With ChatGPT Compose, Reply & Assistant, you can streamline your communication process and improve your productivity, all while ensuring that your messages are always professional and effective. These features are particularly useful for professionals who need to give a clear and prompt response to their recipients.

Let's have a look at how to use these features:

Easily and quickly compose emails to one or several influencers. The machine-learning algorithm, trained with Upfluence human-generated templates, is able to adapt to the specificity of your product or service, for even more impactful and relevant messages.

The ChatGPT Compose feature can be used for any mailing or direct email created on the software, including Workflow, IRM and Side Panel. In this example, we will focus on using it for campaign mailings in Workflow. To do so, go to "Settings" > "Emails" in your Campaign, and select "View and edit" for the chosen template.

When you reach this point, you will notice the "ChatGPT Compose" button. Click on it to bring up a prompt where you can briefly describe the goal for this template.

After you type in the necessary words for your email template, ChatGPT will begin generating a response based on those words. After a few seconds, you will receive the result for you to evaluate.

If you are satisfied with the content generated, you can simply click on "Insert" to add it to the template. However, if the generated content did not meet your requirements, you can choose to "Regenerate" it. If you want to start over completely, you have the option to "Discard" the entire message.

This feature allows you to reply and follow up on emails based on the context of the exchange. No more spending hours searching for the conversation thread or racking your brain to find the best way to reply. ChatGPT does it for you, and does it brilliantly! By asking for "favorable" or "unfavorable" answer, ChatGPT Reply is able to suggest appropriate responses that are tailored to the situation at hand. To use this feature, open any email thread that you have with an influencer by clicking on their name in the campaign. This will open the side panel. Click on the "Email" tab to access the email threads, choose the one you need, and click on "Reply". You will see the "ChatGPT Reply" feature.

Once you make your selection, ChatGPT will generate the content based on the conversation you have had with the influencer.

Accessing the ChatGPT Assistant is as easy as clicking on it. Once activated, you'll be presented with a range of options tailored to enhance your text. Whether you want to improve the overall quality, adjust the tone, or optimize the length, you can select the improvement option that suits your needs.

After making your selection, the system will process the API call. This may take a few seconds, particularly for longer texts. Sit back and wait for the suggested improvements to be generated.

Review the revised text provided by the assistant. Take the time to carefully evaluate if it aligns with your intended message and effectively enhances your writing. Once you've assessed the suggested text, it's time to decide how to proceed. If you're satisfied, you can easily apply the suggested changes to replace the original text. The assistant also offers options like "Discard", "Regenerate" or "Insert" to help you manage the suggested text according to your preferences.
