Creators: How to share my Instagram Stories
Updated over a week ago

As a creator, you may have a collaboration with a brand asking for your Instagram stories and insight. This article will help you to understand how to do it.

Before adding your Instagram stories, make sure you have your Instagram username/handle declared in your creator profile. You can do it directly into the social media tab of your creator space.

In your creator space, right into your Instagram Stories tab, you will find a dedicated button to add your Instagram story : “Add Story”

1️⃣ First, add your Instagram story content

By clicking on it, you will have a dedicated modal to add your story content. In this section, you can just provide a basic screenshot of the story you made for the collaboration. With the content, we will ask to complete your upload with:

  • The publication date of your Instagram story

  • The caption used for the story: It's important to write down the exact caption you used for the story. The keyword, identification or hashtags used in there, in collaboration with the brand, will be tracked and will be used to easily forward your story to your brand, with our system.

2️⃣ Then, add your performances and finalize your story upload

When you added your story screenshot, your publication date and the used caption, you can now move forward on the second step dedicated to your story insights. In this step, we ask you to upload screenshots of your story's insights.

To get your story insights:

  • Swipe up the story you want

  • It will open a bottom drawer view with the story insights

  • Tap the (eye) icon to view the actual Instagram users who have viewed the story

  • Tap the (chart) icon to view the insights for the story

We don't need all insights from you. We will just ask you to provide :

  1. Reach

  2. Click links

  3. Impression

As soon as your screenshot(s) can show those three story insights, it will be enough and you can upload them. To conform those three values, we will ask you to fill them into the related inputs:

Once you've done everything described above, you can finalize your story import by clicking on "Add story". If you see your story into your story dashboard, that means that it has been saved in our system. The brand you collaborated with is now able to track it.
