To check all the email exchanges you had with an influencer, you just need to open the "Email tab" on the Influencer side panel.

If you already emailed the influencer, you will see your conversation history displayed.

If you haven't sent the influencer an email yet, it will look like this:

You can also check in your IRM (Influencer Relationship Management Tool) if you contacted a influencer already or not, using the field "Number of Email Exchanged".
